Victrix is a software provider, developing our own platform for the provision of preventive and coordinated care services. We are a high-skilled and experienced team, with more than 20 years of experience in the telecare, telehealth and coordinated care markets.

Areas of expertise

Victrix activities are mainly focused on two areas: software development and coordinated care consulting. Our main business area is the design and development of our own preventive and coordinated care solution. This solution, Victrix Aurora Care Platform, suppor health and social care providers in the provision of preventive and proactive care. This solution is open and flexible, and is able to exchange data with multiple systems (eg. EHR) and devices (IoT).
Our other area of expertise is in the actual provision of innovative IT supported care services. So we act as consultants and guide our customers in the definition and implementation of new innovative health and social care services.

Technology experience

Victrix Aurora platform provides tghe key functionality to deliver the use cases defined in HSM. It allows health service providers to define and deliver preventive care plans to support patients. The platform is able to receive information from multiple devices (vitals, sensors, IoT) and multipel third pary systems (EHRs, HIS). It also offers a dynamic workflows engine, so that multiple care procedures can be designed and easily configured in the platform. Information coming from multiple sources is analyzed, so that the configurable workflows allow to deliver proactive and preventive interventions. The platform allows to plan and execute these interventions. It is also the first cloud and web based platform including telecare and telehealth functionality, incorporating multichannel communication with patients (voice, video, WhatsApp, Alexa, etc). The platform is multilanguage. Currently in spanish, english, german, dutch and french, and can easily include new languages.

Areas of cooperation sought

We are looking for support in the areas we do not cover. We provide software, but we are not hardware providers (we integrate other partners’ devices) and we don’t provide tools such as EHR or HIS (although we understand the procurers have their own). We could also benefit from partners providing validated IA tools.
