HSMonitor was happy to be represented at the European Week of Active and Healthy Ageing (EWAHA) which was held in Gdansk, Poland, on 18-20 October 2022.
On the final day of the conference, HSMonitor colleagues Alberto Zanini and Myriam Martin Delgado were part of a panel that brought together four pre-commercial procurement (PCP) projects. The panellists shared their experiences and raised awareness among interested stakeholders.
The three other PCP projects were:
- INCAREHEART – ICT-enabled integrated care solutions to advance multidisciplinary health and care for patients with chronic heart failure
- eCare PCP – Digital solutions for frailty prevention
- ROSIA PCP – Remote rehabilitation service for isolated areas
HSMonitor is currently testing two solutions (Hsmart BPM and HyperHealth) for better hypertension management through pilots in all five regions and cities project partners represent – Istanbul (Turkey), Milan (Italy), Zagreb (Croatia), Jämtland (Sweden), Campania (Italy). First results are expected in mid 2023.
