HSMonitor is organising a hybrid event on 13 July 2023 dedicated to tackling the rising incidence of hypertension among our population through the use of digital solutions.
The HSMonitor procurers have been working to address that challenge through the HSMonitor PCP project and are delighted to be able to share some emerging results from the piloting phase, which is still ongoing for some procurers.
The hybrid event will present the two solutions in detail and include a demonstration where possible. THe procurers will share some results and experiences from the piloting of the solutions with over 360 patients and more than 40 health professionals in four countries.
