Healthier-Home, under the Cross4Health initiative, a project to assist elder individuals living autonomously in their own home
Empowered: a new project assisting caregivers and nurses monitor patients from distance, reducing the time they need to be on-site, by making use of digitalized nursing protocols, and IoT devices and sensors in the patients environment
Healthier Doc: a project that enhances the communication and data sharing between a patient and his/her doctor, while acting as a decision’s support system for the doctor utilizing a rich set of data collected from the patients side.
